Scheduled Transactions

In this video we get an introduction to the scheduled transaction.

In this video, we look at how a scheduled transaction is more of a "transaction reminder"

and we look at the three parts needed for a scheduled transaction
1) "When" will this take place
2) "What" is the transaction you want to schedule
3) "Enter" the transaction

We look at how to view scheduled transactions in the ledger window.

Then try and update our scheduled transaction to occur on the 1st and 15th of each month.

We duplicate a transaction and update it to get it to happen on the exact days we want.

We look at how we can make our scheduled transactions only happen on business days and we added in holidays.

We look at how to pause a scheduled transaction.

And we looked at the "Enter this schedule into the register automatically" functionality

We look at making all our regular monthly income and expenses scheduled transactions.

This can be used as a budget for people that have never created a budget.
